Sand Test

  The severe sand test is the basis for the assurance of the high-quality of the products. Resin sand is mainly applied in thd large-diameter valves and the rate of finished products is up to 98%.

The coal powder sand is applied in thd small-diameter valves and the size of its grain is 70-100 mesh. There is no formation of burning scabs and 95% of molding sand can be recvcled which is energy-saving and environmental-friendly.

  Its advanced equipment and the severe qulaity control eradicate the product defects such as the air hole, the sand inclusion, drawing the fire, the frying fire, the slipping core, the mis-box, the box expansion and so on.
